Q: What are the current dues?
A: Dues are either $50.00 per month or $600 per year if you’re interested in a single payment to zero out the year

Q: Where do I submit my monthly dues?
A:

If you want to pay monthly, we recommend setting up online bill pay through your banking institution. This option will send an electronic check from your bank directly to Stockmens bank. Please include your address in the memo field.

If you want to pay annually or in advance, please send a check payable to Campus Commons HOA to PO Box 9599 Colo Spgs, CO 80932. Alternatively, you can make your dues payment in person at Stockmens Bank. Please include your address in the memo field.
